What is an “Unplugged Policy”?

Unplugged Policy is when all guests are asked to refrain from using cell phones and cameras during our wedding ceremony and first dance.

We also request that you do not post about our wedding on social media until we are ready to make the announcement. There will be plenty of opportunities during cocktail hour and reception for photos.

Are all the events at one location? Where should we stay?

The welcome party will be held on a yacht.

The wedding ceremony and reception are both held at a private venue. Therefore, please feel free to stay at a hotel that you prefer. 

We have a room block at The Conrad resort for those of you who wish to stay close to us during the trip.

The deadline to receive the group block rate at The Conrad is January 10, 2023.

What will be the weather be like?

All events will be held outdoors, with temperatures in the mid 70’s and low 80’s during the day with a slight breeze in the evenings.

A shawl or jacket is recommended for evenings.

Do I need to arrange for transportation to the wedding venue?

We have hired a private shuttle service to transport all guests staying at Conrad Hotel to and from the wedding venue.  The shuttle will start boarding at 4:15pm outside the lobby and will leave the hotel promptly at 4:30pm. If you miss this shuttle, you will have to make your own arrangements to come to the wedding venue.

Shuttles will be available to take guests from the wedding venue to the hotel every thirty minutes starting at 11PM to 1AM.

What do I do for transportation if I’m not staying at the Conrad Hotel?

All guests staying at different venues must plan their own transportation.  Use “NAHUI BEACH CLUB” as the destination in your smartphone to help you navigate to the wedding venue. Please provide sufficient time for your driver to find the wedding venue, as it can get a little tricky once turning off the main road. You can also have your driver come to Conrad Hotel and follow the shuttle leaving the Conrad Hotel at 4:30pm.

Can I bring my kids?

The wedding and reception is adults only.

The Conrad hotel offers babysitting services.

Please make arrangements ahead of time to ensure one will be available for you and your little family members.

We would love to visit with your kids at the welcome party and the farewell brunch.

I already told you my plans.  Do I still need to RSVP?

Yes. You need to RSVP in order to select your dinner entree.
